Healthcare providers don't always have healthy coping mechanisms. I know, I know...we are all feeling like the gas tank is on empty. But what if we gave you some things you can do, TODAY to help reduce some of the mental health stress you are facing? We sit down and talk with Dr. Jason Harley, whose research aims to enhance surgical and medical education and support health care workers by reducing adverse events and inefficiencies, especially those associated with the incidence of undesirable and unregulated emotions and burnout. We talk about negative self talk, group think and how we can see silver linings in the little things.
